Was out there myself and must say the little Marseille bastards were just as worrying as the fuck off russians. Walked back to hotel on my own one night and the amount of followers behind grew ever street I walked past. Must have been about 8+ 16-20 year olds following me luckly legged it to a police car They dropped me at a taxi rank. Wasn't one of my most confident moments I must admit

Plenty do around the world. My first time in Ukraine was with England (when Rob Green got sent off - 2009?) and while we were sitting drinking in the sun in Dnipropetrovsk, some hooligans came over and asked if we were interested in a ruck and where our "commander" was. We said we weren't and didn't have one, so they sat down and bought us alcohol. They were all a delight and very keen on West Ham - they all knew Bubbles, and one had the clip of Frodo singing it in Green Street on his phone.
We met Lviv's only female hooligan who kept a mouse in a matchbox in her pocket.
